wxListCtrl::InsertItem() unable to insert items on OS X

Repro steps:

1) Add item insertion code to samples/listctrl/listtest.cpp:

2) rebuild and run samples/listctrl on OS X
3) Select List > Append an item

The first item gets replaced by "Inserted item".

This is not reproducible on Cocoa build.

Preparing to remove "wxOSX (any toolkit)" component: change all the bugs using to use "wxOSX-Cocoa" component instead.

I can try to re-test this again on Cocoa, but last time I checked it was not reproducible.
