OSX Error Dialog no longer shows Icons

Description

This may be the same bug as ‘1577307’ as there is also the strange
double border ‘1577308’

1. run osx-build of helpview
2. Click on the “Details>>” button
3. >>Error list does not show any icons

I would love to test this but helpview on TRUNK does not have "Details" button.

The log dialog can be seen in the "dialogs" sample too.

Icons are displayed.

1. Build and run dialogs sample.

2. Go to "Dialogs->Informative dialogs->Log Dialog"

3. Expand the dialog by clicking on "Details" expander.

4. The list displays different icons.

Tested under 10.6 Cocoa build.
