Summary: Toolbar control sizes reset to defaults

Whenever I add a control to a toolbar eg. wxComboBox, the toolbar
ignores the size I set and allocates the 'best' size instead.

Should this happen?

I use Mandrake 7.0, with gtk 1.2.6 and wxGTK 2.1.14

same behaviour with wxGTK pre 2.2

Bitmaps don't seem to align vertically either.

Solved for all controls but broken combobox in CVS.
Maybe wait for GTK 2.0, marked as FIXME in window.cpp.
