Description

This is related to #13158 but this time with open dialog and it always returns 0 this time.

OSX-Cocoa on 3.0.2.

Apparently, on #13158 fix there was no treatment for open dialog.

Patch attached.

In 78346:

Fix wxFileDialog::GetFilterIndex() when opening files in wxOSX.

Update m_filterIndex in the "opening" case, just as we already did in the
"saving" one (see #13158 and r67550).

Closes #16764.
