Notes regarding docs\msw\install.txt

Description

Note 1
The last paragraph of docs\msw\install.txt reads:

Microsoft Visual C++ users can simplify the linker setup by prepending the
directory $WXWIN/msvc to the include path [rest omitted]

I believe the proper path is $WXWIN/include/msvc.

Also strictly technically speaking, MSVC macro names have to be wrapped in parenthesis as they will not be recognized as such otherwise, i.e. $(WXWIN)/include/msvc. But $WXWIN is used without parenthesis throughout the whole file which is common for all compilers, only the last paragraph being MSVC specific, so I am not sure what to do about this.

Note 2
Maybe it would be also a good idea to remove MinGW from the list of supported compilers as wxWidgets cannot be built with its recentish versions anymore due to the bug in the MinGW headers (#15537). Perhaps at least mention this issue, listing the MinGW versions affected and suggest TDM-GCC as preferred MinGW-based compiler....

In 77049:

Correct instructions for building wx applications with MSVC.

Use the correct $WXWIN/include/msvc path instead of the non-existing
$WXWIN/msvc.

Also mention that $WXWIN should actually be $(WXWIN) for MSVC.

Closes #16410.
