Unclear documentation on native vs. wxWidgets-implemented tab traversal in wxPanel

Backstory: I'm trying to make it possible to focus away from multiline wxTextCtrl on GTK using just TAB, not CTRL+TAB (see http://trac.wxwidgets.org/ticket/12999)

So I came across wxPanel documentation (http://docs.wxwidgets.org/trunk/classwx_panel.html), which states:

Since wxWidgets 2.9, there is support both for TAB traversal implemented by wxWidgets itself as well as native TAB traversal (such as for GTK 2.0).

However, it is unclear how to enable this TAB traversal implemented by wxWidgets itself. Looking at containr.h and containr.cpp, it seems this is controlled by whether wxHAS_NATIVE_TAB_TRAVERSAL is enabled during compilation of wx. If that's really the case, then I think the documentation should state this clearly, not just "there is support" without further details.

This is not meant to be configurable, I'll update the docs to avoid implying that it is.

(In [76004]) Clarify that there is only a single TAB traversal implementation.

Don't imply that wxPanel can use either native or generic TAB traversal
implementation because this is not true.

Closes #16020.
