wxHTTP::SetPostBuffer is not documented

Function wxHTTP::SetPostBuffer is not documented and is not listed in documentation, so it is hard to find a way to POST data over HTTP using only "native" functions of wxWidgets.

btw, this method is listed here:

There are other functions in wxHTTP that are not documented.

Thanks but I am not really sure if your SetPostBuffer() documentation really helps to understand how it works (which was non obvious, at least to me). I tried to explain it better.

Also, for SetProxyMode(): does it actually work at all? I don't see m_proxy_mode referenced anywhere. So I didn't document it as it doesn't seem to be working anyhow.
